Elbow pain questions.

Straight answers to what people ask us most.

What is Tennis Elbow?

Tennis Elbow (or lateral epicondylitis) is a pain that stems from an overload of your wrist extensors. The pain will be prominent mainly on the lateral part (outside) of your elbow, where these tendons sit. It’s common in gym goers, tennis players and desk workers.

What is Golfers’ Elbow?

Golfers’ Elbow (or medial epicondylitis) is a pain that stems from an overload of your wrist flexors. The pain will be prominent mainly on the medial part (inside) of your elbow, where these tendons sit. It’s common in gym goers, golf players and manual workers.

I have had this pain for months, will it ever go away?

Yes it will go away with correct intervention, however, this complaint is very common with elbow injuries. The pain comes, it goes, it comes back and so the cycle continues over and over. You need to get yourself on the correct treatment plan to break this cycle. See if you’re the right fit for us by booking an Initial Consultation today.
