Why our classes feel different.
Every class is run by a therapist, so we can use our clinical experience to keep you moving safely.
Therapist led, every class
Individual attention to make sure each movement is done correctly.
An option for every movement
We prescribe the right option for each person, so one class caters for beginners and advanced alike.
Safe through every stage
Whether you are pre or postnatal, living with back pain or in later life, we tailor the class to you.
Programmes for sport
We have designed Pilates for Runners and Pilates for GAA, plus prenatal and postnatal classes.
From the people in the room.
“Excellent class that was geared toward all levels. Welcoming atmosphere in the class and great instruction from Shane.”
“Began 8 weeks post surgery and have found them a fantastic help in my recovery to regain strength and mobility.”
“As a complete beginner to Pilates, Shane and Kieran's class was the perfect place to start.”

Where do classes run?
Our Pilates classes take place in Leixlip, Lucan, Celbridge and Maynooth.
I have never done Pilates. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Every movement has options, so complete beginners and regulars work in the same class.
Can I join after an injury or surgery?
Pilates is low impact, so it can often be started early in recovery from back, hip and knee pain. Tell us about your injury when you get in touch.
How often should I come?
To get the most out of Pilates, aim for two or three sessions a week, in a class led by a chartered physiotherapist.
