What our patients say
“I went to Shane after developing very bad pain in my achilles. He diagnosed the injury (achilles tendinopathy), treated it and gave me clear instructions and exercises to strengthen the area. I am now back playing football completely pain free.”
“I brought my daughter in who had problems with her foot/heel. Kieran provided a comprehensive rehab program to get her better and back playing football again.”
“Highly recommend, Shane was very professional and thorough with my 7 year old daughter who suffered with heel pain.”
Foot pain questions.
Straight answers to what people ask us most.
My heel is sore every morning, what could that be?
This is a very common symptom of injuries such as Plantar Fasciitis or Achilles Tendinopathy. Before going down a rabbit hole of self-diagnosis, check in with us to confirm the diagnosis to make sure you’re getting the correct treatment!
I was told I have “flat feet”, is this a bad thing?
“Flat feet” or Over-Pronation is actually very common. This can become an issue especially if you have symptoms of arch pain, plantar fasciitis or Achilles pain. You may want to book an Initial Consultation to figure out if your “flat feet” is something you need to correct.
What running shoe do I need to buy to help with my arch pain?
There are hundreds of running shoes on the market these days and knowing which one is the right fit for you is important. A great place to start is booking our Running Analysis and Treatment consultation. We can assess your foot mechanics, running gait and help you make a better decision when you’re purchasing your next running shoe.
