There is ample free parking outside Leixlip Amenities Sports Centre. Wear loose clothes you can move in: shorts, leggings or tracksuit bottoms and trainers.

Our clinic is inside the sports centre. Tell reception at Leixlip Amenities Sports Centre you are here for physio and they will direct you to our waiting area.

A first session of 40 to 45 minutes.
We hear your story and take a detailed history. We complete a thorough assessment, explain the diagnosis clearly and agree a treatment plan built around the goals we set together.
- Step five of six
Follow-ups of 30 to 40 minutes.
We work with you one to one on the injury, and give you the tools to keep it from coming back: exercise plans, injury and sport-specific prevention plans, and changes that keep you at your physical best.

Claim back from your insurer.
Our chartered physiotherapists are members of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists, so you can claim on your health insurance. How much comes back depends on your provider and plan.

Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. We may ask for your GP's details so we can let them know about any further investigations you need, in line with best medical practice.
How long does a session last?
Your first visit lasts 40 to 45 minutes. Follow-up sessions last around 30 to 40 minutes.
What should I wear?
Loose clothing: trainers, shorts, tracksuit bottoms or leggings, and a T-shirt or vest top. For a foot assessment, orthotics or running analysis, bring your running or walking shoes.
Can I claim on my health insurance?
Yes. All of our chartered physiotherapists are registered members of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. How much you claim back depends on your provider.
How much does it cost?

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, 50% of the appointment fee is charged. With less than 24 hours' notice, the full fee is charged.
